• Cookie consent — the cookie banner properly manages your preferences with a link to our full cookie policy

New tools for managing certificates at scale and catching potential mistakes.

• Bulk select and delete — select multiple certificates and delete them all at once, great for cleaning up expired or duplicate entries
• Duplicate certificate warning — if you try to add a certificate with the same name and holder as an existing one, you'll see a heads-up before saving

Free plan users can now see all their certificates at a glance — even beyond the 3-cert limit. Certificates beyond your plan allowance are shown with a locked overlay instead of disappearing, so you always know what you have.

• Locked overlay — certificates beyond your Free plan limit appear with a blurred overlay and a padlock icon. Hover to highlight, click to open the upgrade modal
• Works everywhere — locked certificates show consistently across all four dashboard tabs: Certificates, Due Soon, Holders, and Calendar
• Smarter "Add certificate" button — when you've hit your plan limit, tapping "Add certificate" opens the upgrade modal immediately instead of letting you fill out a form that would be rejected at the end
• Active certificate count — the dashboard heading and tier badge now show your active certificate count with a clear breakdown of archived certs, so there's no confusion about what's included in your plan
• Archived banner — a clear banner tells you how many certificates are archived, with a one-tap upgrade button to unlock them all
• Compact card buttons — action buttons on certificate cards are now smaller and better proportioned, with consistent bottom alignment regardless of card content

You can now share your certificate dashboard with your team. Business plan workspaces let multiple people view and manage the same set of certificates — no more forwarding spreadsheets or chasing updates by email.

• Shared workspace — every certificate, holder, and expiry date is visible to all workspace members. Add a cert and everyone sees it instantly
• Email invites — invite team members by email from Settings. They'll receive a link to join your workspace in seconds
• Owner and member roles — the workspace owner controls billing, invitations, and team membership. Members can view, add, edit, and delete certificates
• Seat-based billing — 3 seats included in the Business plan (owner + 2 members). Additional seats are £5/mo each, added automatically when you invite beyond the included allocation
• Leave workspace — team members can leave at any time. Certificates they added stay in the workspace
• Included seat counter — the Team section now shows how many seats are included in your plan, so there are no billing surprises

You can now print your certificate overview directly from the dashboard — perfect for pinning to the office wall or handing to a site manager.

• Print button — appears on the Calendar, Due Soon, and Certificates pages. One tap opens your browser's print dialog
• Branded printout — includes the Amberline logo, page title, and the date it was printed
• Calendar summary table — the Calendar page includes a print-only table listing every certificate for the month with name, holder, reference number, expiry date, and status
• All time bands expanded — the Due Soon page force-expands all collapsed sections so nothing is hidden on the printout
• Black-and-white friendly — text status labels ("Expired", "Expiring", "Valid") appear alongside traffic-light colours so the printout is readable without a colour printer
• Save as PDF — use your browser's "Save as PDF" option in the print dialog to email the overview instead of printing it

A small update with a useful addition and several polish fixes.

• Reference number field — you can now add an optional reference number to any certificate (e.g. CP12-2025-441, CSCS card number). It shows alongside the holder name in list views and is included in printed overviews
• Mobile menu fix — the navigation menu on the marketing site no longer gets hidden behind the header on smaller screens
• Touch target improvements — buttons and interactive elements across the dashboard now meet WCAG minimum touch target sizes (44px), making the app easier to use on phones

Amberline now supports multi-user teams on the new Business plan — perfect for companies tracking certificates across multiple employees or properties.

• Business plan — £19/mo or £149/yr, includes everything in Pro plus team features and CSV import
• Invite your team — add up to 10 team members from Settings. They'll get an email invite to join your workspace
• Shared workspace — team members can view, add, edit, and delete all certificates in the workspace
• CSV bulk import — upload a spreadsheet of certificates to add them all at once, instead of one by one
• Team management — the account owner controls billing, invitations, and team membership

• Duplicate reminder fix — resolved an edge case where multiple reminders could be sent for the same certificate on the same day

You can now snap a photo of a certificate and Amberline will automatically extract the key details — certificate name, holder name, and expiry date — using OCR.
